My car was damaged in a parking lot while I was inside a store. The person never came forward and I was devastated as I had just gotten this car 2 months prior. Rice auto body fixed everything like it had never happened. I’m very pleased with the work that was done and how easy the whole process was. They are super friendly people to do business with.

Hit a deer back in March. Destroyed the front end of my Chevy. This was the first time anything like that had happened to me and I had no idea what steps to take. Ryan and all the Rice Auto Body employees were extremely helpful and accommodating. My car was returned when promised and looks brand new again! I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing body work done. Customer service is excellent! Quality of work is second to none!

Ryan was super helpful and honest. I was recommended to him by a friend who used him after a mechanic gave me lackluster answers, and Ryan explained everything was very patient and helped me understand and figure out the best way forward for my situation. Truly a class act!

Very nice guys! Mine and my fiances truck was sent there and it couldn't of been sent to a better place! They was always nice on the phone and in person. They was also willing to work with us on payments. They also had the truck fixed very fast. Couldn't recommend more. very down to earth guys!

Super friendly folks. My insurance recommended me to take my car there. It was actually towed there when I went to go get my license plates and stuff. A staff was super friendly. Did some explaining to me about the current car models. I would recommend this place over several that I've tried down in Cincinnati over the years clean shop. Nice people
